MANTECH International Corporation is seeking a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer for a full-time, 100% remote role in the United States. You will design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports, while shaping data models in Dataverse for Teams and SharePoint for DoD and federal clients.

The role requires 8+ years of software development experience and a strong foundation in Power Platform licensing, with a focus on scalable architectural solutions and mentorship

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps (canvas apps), Power Automate Cloud flows, and Power BI.
• Expertise in designing and building scalable relational data models using Dataverse for Teams and SharePoint.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform licensing models, with a proven ability to engineer complex solutions that minimize or eliminate premium connector dependencies.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Solution Development: Design and builds complex, highly functional Power Apps within DoD constraints.
• Power Apps (Canvas Apps) Development: Design highly responsive Canvas Apps with intuitive UI/UX.
• Complex Process Automation: Architect and engineer Power Automate Cloud flow automations.
• Power BI Report Creation: Engineer dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Data Modeling & Integration: Analyze legacy data systems and engineer ETL processes for scalable schemas in SharePoint or Dataverse for Teams.
• Reporting & Analytics: Lead creation of complex Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Requirements Translation: Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and data models.
• Mentorship & Quality Assurance: Act as the primary technical resource for mid-level developers.
