Job summary

Kinetic Staffing LLC is seeking a Power Platform Architect to lead architecture and hands-on development of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The role requires coordinating onshore and offshore teams, translating client needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will design enterprise integrations across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and other Microsoft services, driving performance and continuous improvement while staying current with platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience architecting Power Platform solutions incl. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Experience designing enterprise-level solutions that improve business processes.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft services (Dynamics 365, Azure).
• Experience leading onshore and offshore development teams; strong communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Lead hands-on development of Power Apps and design workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop Power BI solutions to improve data accessibility and decision-making.
• Provide technical direction to onshore and offshore teams.
• Translate client needs into technical solutions with internal teams.
• Design enterprise-level integrations across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and more.
• Evaluate solutions for performance and continuous improvement.
