Lumen is transforming how technology investments are planned and delivered. As the Senior Manager, Portfolio Governance, you will build and operate the governance framework guiding work from intake through value realization.

This highly visible role sits in a growing team and shapes standards, forums, and decision rights across STEPN. You will partner with Finance, Product, Lean Portfolio Management, and technology stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting, aligned processes, and auditable

Qualifications

7+ years in portfolio governance, operations, or PMO leadership.
Experience designing governance frameworks at enterprise scale.
Experience operating in Agile/SAFe/Lean Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

Establish governance frameworks, standards, and decision processes for the portfolio lifecycle.
Lead governance forums, stage-gate reviews, and executive communications.
Drive documentation and governance oversight across STEPN portfolios.
Partner with Finance, Product, Lean Portfolio Management, and technology stakeholders.
Maintain governance tooling and data standards across Jira and Clarity for reporting integrity.
Develop executive-ready readouts, agendas, and status communications for senior leadership.
Monitor governance effectiveness with metrics and continuous improvement.
Enable adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
