Job summary
Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to act as CFO and trusted partner for its Product & Technology organization. This executive will guide financial strategy across digital, software, cloud, and technology investments to accelerate growth and profitability.
The role requires leading a high-performing finance team, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and shaping long-term plans with strong financial discipline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Product Finance.
- Experience supporting SaaS, software, cloud, or digital platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading complex P&Ls in large organizations.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and investments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic finance leader and business partner to Product & Technology leadership.
- Lead financial management across revenue, gross margin, Opex, headcount, investments, EBITDA, and free cash flow.
- Drive annual and long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Provide insights on portfolio prioritization, profitability, and operations.
