Job summary

brightfin is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own the messaging and positioning across TEM, ITFM, FinOps, and AI spend management. You will drive go-to-market plans for new capabilities, develop sales enablement assets, and collaborate with product on pricing and feature narratives.

This role is remote in the US and reports to the VP Marketing. You will partner with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to shape how brightfin is described to CIOs and IT finance buyers, influencing

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in product marketing at an enterprise B2B SaaS company
• Experience marketing to enterprise CIO or IT finance buyers
• Track record of building sales enablement content used in the field
• Comfortable operating without an established playbook
• Experience with HubSpot, advanced workflows, and campaign automation

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging across TEM, ITFM, FinOps, and AI spend management
• Write and oversee content for external surfaces, advertising copy, website messaging, social media, webinars, and talking points
• Partner with Product on pricing, packaging, and feature narrative to align GTM and product
