Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-voltage substation and transmission projects, including renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System initiatives.

The role requires coordinating planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication to deliver on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in EPC with HV substation/transmission.
• Experience with grid integration and energy storage preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• PMP or PE preferred certification.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project life cycle from concept to delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop, manage, and control project budgets; forecast costs with finance.
• Act as primary contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
