Job summary

Saber Power Services in Midland, TX seeks a Project Manager to oversee high-voltage substation and transmission projects, including renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) installations. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and resources across multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a track record of managing complex EPC projects in the energy sector, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, PM, or Construction Management required; equivalent experience may substitute.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage project life cycle from concept to delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Contract & Budget Management: Develop and control project budgets; forecast costs with finance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Strategy & Decision-Making: Contribute to high-level planning and client relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop best practices and tool usage across the org.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
