Job summary

Saber Power Services seeks a Project Manager to oversee high-voltage substation and transmission projects, including renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The individual will plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience in EPC environments.
• Experience with high-voltage substation and/or transmission line projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop, manage, and control project budgets and cost forecasting with finance support.
• Act as primary contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams; provide regular updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; escalate when needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders for timely, on-budget delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
