Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital project management for consumer-facing or enterprise tech initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and serve as main point of contact for sprint activities, velocity tracking, and cross-team dependencies.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize and maintain the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Oversee ticket refinement for actionable work items per sprint and program increment.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through stabilization.
• Manage cross-functional programs with engineering teams, vendors, and internal clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and status reporting processes.
• Drive portfolio transparency with executive dashboards and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management.
• Serve as liaison among business leadership, technology teams, and stakeholders.
• Translate technical initiatives into business-aligned outcomes and actionable plans.
