Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager for remote, contract-to-hire work supporting SAP BAU initiatives with a focus on OTC enhancements. You will manage end-to-end delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, handling backlog, planning, stakeholder engagement, status reporting, budget tracking, change control, and risk management.

The role requires SAP project management experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of IT project management experience.
• Prior SAP project management experience with SAP and integrations.
• Experience with security, compliance, and identity/access management projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage backlog, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Establish and manage project plans across scope, budget, risk, and quality.
• Coordinate activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
