Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or transformation leadership in complex environments.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience leading and developing teams with performance management.
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or operational transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers with regular feedback and career development support.
• Provide oversight for complex payment-related programs, managing timelines, risks, and resources.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations and other teams to drive program outcomes and communicate status to leadership.
• Monitor workload, drive process improvements, and use data to inform decisions.
