Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Director of Quality for Payment Integrity, delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement across multiple products. This remote role focuses on establishing quality measurement, aligning processes, and communicating performance to senior leadership.

You will drive operational excellence, lead talent development, and ensure SLA achievement while managing client requirements and cost estimates. Travel is required as needed to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, healthcare or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ management experience, ideally within healthcare.
• Proven leadership in directing operational divisions and achieving objectives.
• Expertise in collaborating with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced technical proficiency, including software development and payment integrity.
• Experience presenting to clients and senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive quality performance across payment integrity solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business units to measure, report, and improve quality metrics.
• Develop and align quality processes and standards across products.
• Work with Operations and Product teams to leverage technology and optimize processes.
• Ensure timely responses for RFIs and RFPs.
• Support client intake requests with tailored solutions and cost estimates.
• Hire, coach, and retain top-tier talent and foster a quality-focused culture.
• Optimize labor and operating expenses while increasing productivity and service quality.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives across people, processes and technology.
• Enforce intellectual property protection best practices across operations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
• Develop short- and long-term plans to anticipate client needs and improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to maintain effective client and team dynamics.
• Provide reports and metrics to drive operational quality and inform decisions.
