The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Product Management with fraud/risk exposure, strong analytical, and senior stakeholder communication skills.

• Experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or large-scale operations automation
• Proven strategy definition and leadership of complex initiatives
• Strong data-driven prioritization and metrics
• Cross-functional collaboration to translate problems into scalable solutions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategy with immediate operational needs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a roadmap for risk case decisioning with measurable goals
• Collaborate with Risk Operations to analyze case handling and prioritize opportunities
• Define resolution paths and determine automation and self-service options
• Shape end-to-end case lifecycle including routing, prioritization, and resolution actions
• Lead cross-functional discovery and translate needs into requirements
• Establish success metrics using data to evaluate performance and costs
• Represent case resolution in upstream decisions with visible operational impacts
