Job summary

Partner company seeks a Senior Product Manager, Fraud Risk Platforms in the United States to lead the strategy and roadmap for scalable case decisioning, including automation and AI-assisted review.

You will partner with Risk Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Compliance to transform complex operational challenges into intuitive products with measurable outcomes and strong auditability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with ownership of strategy and complex deliveries.
• Experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or large-scale automation environments.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and lead discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute outcome-driven roadmap for fraud and risk case decisioning including AI-assisted review, automation, self-service, and case management.
• Collaborate with Risk Operations to map workflows, identify pain points, and prioritize opportunities using performance data.
• Define resolution paths for varying case types and determine automation vs. human review vs. self-service.
• Shape the complete case lifecycle: types, states, routing, queues, actions, and evidence requirements.
• Lead discovery and delivery with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Controls & Compliance, and other teams.
• Translate complex needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish success metrics and analyze automation rates, workload reduction, AI review quality, and costs.
• Assess upstream risk models, orchestration, and tooling changes for operational impact.
• Build auditability into automated and AI-supported decisions to meet AML and responsible gaming standards.
• Influence senior stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and measurable business outcomes.
