Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for Decisioning Platforms in the US. You will lead platform teams to build a next-generation automated fraud defense engine, defining the long-term vision and coordinating with enterprise architecture to create a unified, real-time decisioning ecosystem.

You will champion novel AI/LLM capabilities, drive multi-year strategy, and mentor PMs while partnering with numerous stakeholders across multiple LOBs and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• 7+ years in Product Management.
• 3+ years leading PM teams and 3+ years in tech environments.
• 3+ years building AI/ML products.
• 1+ year Fraud/Cybersecurity experience.
• Strong communication with senior execs.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and strategy for destination fraud decisioning platform.
• Architect and converge fraud platforms with Decisioning 2.0.
• Champion LLM and agentic AI to build automated fraud defense engine.
• Drive architecture and scope across anomaly detection, investigations, policy, testing, lifecycle management.
• Mentor PMs and build a high-performing platform organization.
• Oversee 10+ technical teams; align architectural strategy across systems.
• Expand platform capabilities across LOBs and external partners.
