Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Senior Risk Platform Manager to oversee risk platforms, models, and rules. You will liaise with product, fraud operations, and technology teams, driving risk capabilities and vendor integration with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CS or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fraud and risk roles.
• Strong risk analytics and risk strategy experience.
• Ability to manage risk models, analyze results and tune outcomes.
• Strong product management experience.
• Knowledge of industry risk tools and models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk signals, rules, models, and systems; help build EW risk capabilities.
• Develop requirements for the risk platform.
• Work with fraud product vendors to request enhancements and remedy issues.
• Lead with Product to coordinate Risk Services road map.
• Coordinate with Fraud Operations to tune the system and elicit needs.
• Assess new fraud vendor technologies for EW systems.
• Contribute to the Risk Services roadmap.
• Coordinate tech/risk interfaces with EW Technology/Architecture.
• Monitor risk system performance and recommend improvements.
• Support risk management and data confidentiality.
