Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Commercial Strategy & Innovation, to partner with the Chief of Commercial Strategy & Innovation. You will bring structure to cross-BGBx growth efforts across Consulting, Communications, Payer, Data, AI, and Technology, coordinating people, materials, decisions, and follow-through for integrated client solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project management or strategic operations in a corporate setting.
• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-BGBx account planning for priority clients, including meetings and cross-planning.
• Manage the head of Commercial Strategy & Innovation’s calendar and key leadership logistics.
• Maintain a forward-looking view of account priorities, milestones, and deadlines.
• Track enterprise pipeline, ownership, and revenue attribution with visibility.
• Identify gaps, conflicts, and escalating decisions to keep momentum.
• Understand BGBx capabilities and coordinate experts and delivery teams as needed.
• Prepare stakeholders for strategic meetings with agendas, briefings, and next steps.
• Support repeatable account-planning tools, proposals, and governance models.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-through to document commitments and owners.
