Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our SaaS-first identity security solutions, with a primary focus on endpoint privilege management (EPM). This role owns the product vision, cloud roadmap, and delivery of customer-centric features to strengthen PAM leadership.

As part of a globally distributed team, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing to deliver scalable, secure cloud features that translate customer needs into actionable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management in Agile/Scrum with end-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line.
• 5+ years in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with focus on endpoint security or privilege management.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT environments.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product vision and strategy for Delinea PAM solutions.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap with agile teams.
• Engage with customers, partners, analysts, and stakeholders to validate direction.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure high-quality releases.
• Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, including messaging, packaging, and pricing.
• Enable internal teams with context and training for product launches and customer success.
• Balance current customer needs with new market opportunities and build business cases.
