Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement - Analytics to own and evolve the agentic analytics platform. You will partner with platform engineers and data teams to shape data definitions, governance, and trusted outputs across Shopping teams.

Ideal candidates bring deep experience with enterprise data, modern data tools, and hands-on prototyping using AI to ship PoCs. You will influence senior leadership with a clear technical vision and translate complex data

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data platforms and governance concepts.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data tooling to prototype AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to adjudicate metric disputes and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build AI-enabled analytics capabilities for Shopping.
• Define data requirements and ensure governance and trust in outputs.
• Set boundaries for AI agent actions and verify safety constraints.
• Communicate a compelling product vision to executives and cross-functional teams.
