Job summary

Capital One Shopping seeks a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement and analytics platforms, responsible for shaping AI-driven data products used across the Shopping organization. You will lead cross-functional teams to prototype and ship PoCs, prioritizing data governance, trusted outputs, and scalable integration with existing data platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise data governance and semantic/metrics layers.
• Proficiency with modern data stack tools (dbt, LookML, Snowflake, Databricks, Looker).
• Experience with AI agents on structured data, including text-to-SQL and tool use.
• Ability to adjudicate metric disputes and drive decisions to execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products across Shopping, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with patterns.
• Define data, definitions, and context needed for system trust.
• Set boundaries for agent capabilities and prove these boundaries hold in production.
