Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement - Analytics to own the agentic analytics platform and drive value for shopping teams. Remote-Eligible position with a focus on enterprise data governance, AI tooling, and an emphasis on prototyping using AI tools to ship PoCs rather than extensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with enterprise data governance and semantic/metrics layers.
• Experience with tools across the modern data stack (dbt, LookML, Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Looker, Mode).
• Familiarity with how AI agents work across structured data (text-to-SQL, tool use, evals).
• Adjudicated metric disputes and drove decisions to resolution.
• Proficient in SQL and Python or R for large data handling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products that Shopping depends on, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
• Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system's compliance with enterprise patterns.
• Define what a system needs to know to be trusted (the data, the definitions, the context behind both).
• Set the boundaries for what agents can and can't do, and prove those boundaries hold in.
