Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement analytics. You will own the agentic analytics platform, partner with platform engineers, and shape enterprise data usage.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototyping, AI-driven product discovery, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate has deep data experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of leading data-centered initiatives with complex stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with enterprise data definitions, governance, semantic layers, catalogs, warehouses and BI.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools: dbt, LookML, Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Looker, Mode.
• Familiarity with how AI agents work across structured data (text-to-SQL, tool use, evals, failures).
• Experience adjudicating metric disputes and driving decisions.
• Hands-on prototyping in tools rather than relying on others.
• Comfort with backend and internal platform products for diverse user bases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products across Shopping, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with patterns.
• Define what a system needs to know to be trusted (data, definitions, context).
• Set boundaries for what agents can and can't do, and validate them in practice.
