Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager for Payment Platform Accounts in the United States. You will define the vision, strategy and roadmap, leading cross-functional work across Payments, Trust, Guest & Host, and Compliance to build scalable account capabilities.

You will partner with engineers, data scientists, and external partners to drive impact across diverse geographies, currencies and regulatory environments, shaping the future of payment experiences for guests and hosts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for payment platforms or fintech.
• Experience with enterprise or B2B2C marketplaces, identity workflows, and compliance.
• Experience building or managing API-based products and developer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps for Payment Accounts across Payments, Trust, Guest & Host, and Compliance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineers, data scientists, marketplace teams and partners.
• Scale platform capabilities for multiple guest/host use cases and regional needs.
