A Place for Mom, Inc. is seeking a proactive Senior Software Engineer to join the Lead Platform engineering team.

This role focuses on end-to-end development for lead capture, routing, and real-time tracking, with roughly 70% frontend and 30% backend work in a fully remote US-based environment. You will design, build, and maintain scalable services central to our advisor product ecosystem, collaborating with product managers, QA, and staff engineers to drive high-quality solutions that help

Competenze

• 6+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• Proficiency with API design (REST and GraphQL) and microservices.
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, S3).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with event-driven architectures and async processing (EventBridge, SQS).
• CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-backed features and AI coding agents.
• Strong testing mindset; automated unit/integration/end-to-end tests.
• Clear written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team; fast-paced environment.
