Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior/staff level backend or platform engineering with deep production ownership.
• Experience building and operating platforms used by multiple teams.
• Ability to align with legal, security, data, and product across organizations.
• Hands-on coding in Python and/or TypeScript in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the platform with its core engine, safety mechanisms, and observability.
• Build the paved road with docs, templates, and self‑serve tooling for data rules.
• Bridge across areas to align legal, security, data, and product on requirements.
• Grow the surface by expanding across data stores and third‑party systems as Alan expands internationally.
