Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance by unifying insurance, prevention and care. The Corporate team role focuses on scaling regulated development with automation and process redesign, enabling growth to 10 countries in five years.

You will join the Corporate team and work on governance, privacy, compliance and security for Alan’s expanding product lines, with mentorship and opportunities to grow across topics and countries.

Qualifications

• French and English (professional level).
• You have built things people kept using with no-code/low-code/AI tools.
• You are drawn to regulated work and want to understand why processes exist.

Responsibilities

• Make regulated work scale by building automations and a scalable compliance layer.
• Rebuild processes end to end, identifying frictions and redesigning for speed and adoption.
• Spot the next bottleneck before it bites and design solutions that keep compliance fast.
• Measure what you ship with clear goals and show impact to stakeholders.
