Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating backend and platform systems at real scale.
• Deep expertise in Python, distributed/platform systems, API design, and SQL data stores.
• Proven track record leading ambiguous, high-impact projects end to end.
• Hands-on with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and RAG.
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the core backend and platform from the ground up.
• Design and ship LLM agents that reason over large, messy data.
• Make foundational architectural and tooling calls and set engineering quality.
• Operate with full autonomy, owning problems end to end in a small team.
