Job summary

WellSky Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineer to architect and build agentic AI solutions and lead AI enablement across engineering. You will define standards for prompt engineering, context management, and LLM integration, and own the AI platform including tooling, CI/CD automation, and libraries used by hundreds of engineers.

The role requires deep .NET/C# expertise, Python tooling, and hands-on experience with LLM APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of software engineering with depth in .NET / C#.
• ≥2 years building with LLMs and architecting agentic AI solutions.
• Production-ready AI tooling experience; not just POC.
• Strong .NET/C# (NET 8+), ASP.NET Core; Python for tooling.
• Experience shipping internal developer tools and CI/CD automation.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI).
• Excellent written communication; able to create enablement materials.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build agentic AI solutions used by WellSky engineers.
• Set technical direction for AI-first engineering on the Enablement team.
• Own the AI enablement platform, dev tooling, and shared libraries.
• Lead training sessions, demos, and office hours across engineering.
• Partner with Solutions to integrate agentic workflows into SDLC.
• Embed with product teams to deliver value and adoption.
• Evaluate output quality, establish observability and safety.
• Write documentation and enablement materials for a large audience.
