Laurel Employment Law, a fully remote, tech-driven plaintiff's firm in California, seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney. You will manage your own caseload, leveraging technology, strategy, and teamwork to win for employees who have been wronged.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing.
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Creative, strategic thinker with remote-first, tech-savvy mindset.
• Ability to manage a large caseload with organization and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Own your cases from start to finish in a fully remote environment.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems.
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact.
• Use integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
