Arganteal Corporation is seeking a Physical Security Technical Operations Leader to join our Advanced Technology Group. This senior individual contributor role sits at the operational heart of project delivery, translating technical expertise into flawless execution across the full lifecycle.

Working with the PMO, this role drives technical quality and coordination on physical security projects from site survey through design, procurement, implementation, and post-implementation remediation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading physical security projects with design, integration and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and integrated platforms.
• Experience leading site surveys, design docs, and BOMs for deployments.
• Strong PMO coordination and supply chain collaboration on multi-site projects.
• Experience guiding engineers and field technicians, incl. escalation support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority from kickoff to closeout, ensuring quality.
• Lead site surveys, assess facility conditions and integration constraints.
• Develop design diagrams, architectures, and config docs for security systems.
• Own BOM accuracy and procurement readiness with Supply Chain.
• Coordinate on-site readiness and implementation scheduling with clients.
