Job summary

Arganteal Corporation is seeking a Physical Security Technical Operations Leader to join our Advanced Technology Group. This senior, individual contributor role drives technical quality and delivery across the full project lifecycle for enterprise security deployments, translating complex requirements into flawless execution.

You will partner with the PMO, guide engineers and field technicians, oversee site surveys, BOMs, design diagrams, and bridge escalations while ensuring client needs,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on leadership on project-based physical security work including design, integration, and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated security platforms.
• Experience leading site surveys, design documentation, and BOMs for physical security deployments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with PMO and supply chain on multi-site or enterprise projects.
• Experience guiding engineers and field technicians, including escalation support during critical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects from kickoff through closeout with the PMO.
• Lead site surveys, assess facility conditions, and inform design decisions.
• Develop and review design diagrams, system architectures, and configuration documentation for access control, video, and intrusion systems.
• Own BOM accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain on parts, lead times, and substitutions.
• Coordinate with clients on site readiness, scheduling, and prerequisites to enable deployment.
• Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during installations and cutovers.
• Oversee bridge escalation activities and deliver timely issue resolution.
• Mentor team members and enforce technical quality standards for deliverables.
