Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on leadership on project-based physical security work.
• Design, integration, and implementation of enterprise security systems.
• Knowledge across access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and converged platforms.
• Site surveys, BOMs, and coordination with PMO and supply chain.
• Escalation guidance during complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority from kickoff to closeout.
• Lead site surveys and inform design decisions.
• Develop design diagrams and BOMs for security systems.
• Coordinate with PMO and supply chain on scheduling and logistics.
• Provide real-time guidance during installations and bridge escalations.
• Oversee post-implementation remediation and punch list closure.
