Job summary

Arganteal Corporation is seeking a Physical Security Technical Operations Leader to guide our Advanced Technology Group through the full project lifecycle, from site survey to design, procurement, installation and post-implementation remediation.

The role drives technical quality, coordinates with PMO and supply chain, and provides hands-on leadership to engineers and field technicians, while maintaining client expectations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise physical security deployments.
• Expertise across access control, video surveillance, intrusion systems.
• Experience generating BOMs and design docs.
• PMO coordination and multi-site project experience.
• Escalation support during time-sensitive installations.
• Familiar with regulated standards (FICAM, HSPD-12, ICD 705).

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority from kickoff to closeout.
• Lead site surveys and inform design decisions.
• Develop diagrams and architectures for security systems.
• Own BOM accuracy and procurement liaison.
• Coordinate onsite readiness and scheduling.
• Provide guidance during installations and bridge escalations.
• Lead post-implementation remediation and punch lists.
