Job summary

Arganteal Corporation seeks a Senior Physical Security Technical Operations Leader to drive technical quality across the full project lifecycle, from site surveys to commissioning and remediation. You will guide engineers and field technicians, coordinate with PMO and supply chain, and provide on‑site and bridge escalation support during critical implementations while working primarily from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience providing technical leadership on project‑based physical security work.
• Deep working knowledge of physical security technologies including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated platforms.
• Experience leading site surveys, design documentation, and BOMs for physical security deployments.
• Coordinate with PMO and supply chain on multi-site or enterprise projects.
• Provide technical oversight to engineers and field technicians, including escalation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority on physical security projects from kickoff to closeout with PMO alignment.
• Conduct site surveys and assess facility conditions to inform design decisions.
• Develop diagrams, system architectures, and configuration documentation for multi‑tech deployments.
• Own BOM accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement.
• Coordinate with clients on readiness, scheduling, and prerequisites.
