Job summary

Arganteal Corporation is seeking a seasoned Physical Security Technical Operations Leader to drive project delivery from survey through design, procurement, and implementation. You will guide engineers and field staff, ensuring designs meet client requirements and industry standards while coordinating with the PMO and supply chain.

The role includes on-call bridge escalation support during critical windows.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience providing technical leadership on project-based physical security work.
Experience designing, integrating, and implementing enterprise security systems.
Experience leading site surveys and producing BOMs for deployments.
Familiarity with government or regulated-standards in physical security is a plus.
Industry certifications such as PSP or NICET are preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects from kickoff through closeout.
Lead site surveys and assess facility conditions, security requirements, and integration constraints.
Develop and review design diagrams, system architectures, and configuration documentation.
Own BOM accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement readiness.
Coordinate with clients on site readiness and implementation scheduling.
Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during installations.
Lead post-implementation remediation and punch list resolution.
