Job summary

The SP2 Risk team within Amazon Security is expanding its DBT capability to design threat-informed protection for facilities worldwide. This remote role requires ~50% international travel and partnership with risk, governance, compliance, and design engineering teams to translate threat intelligence into concrete design guidance.

You will deliver risk posture briefings to senior security leadership, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive threat-informed standards across hundreds of facilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR, privacy, legal, compliance or risk management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 10+ years of related field experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration across several teams.
• 5+ years of experience in Physical Security Principles, Access Control, and surveillance and management.
• Ability to travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Builds data and metric driven programs, collaborating with wider business partners to agree on goals and outcomes.
• Creates and manages risk/resilience programs at a global level with proactive and reactive capabilities.
• Conducts analytical deep dives to identify vulnerabilities and root causes for risk reporting.
• Completes detailed threat and risk assessments with comprehensive risk treatment recommendations.
• Partners across functions to develop standards and processes for identifying and mitigating security risks.
