Job summary

ZBeta Consulting is seeking a Senior Physical Security Project Manager to lead planning and design for multi-site security projects across North America. This remote-friendly role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on project management of design and implementation aligned with client goals.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in security or data center projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Detailed knowledge of access control hardware, wiring standards, installation methods, and programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design phases for complex North America security projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
• Prepare RFPs and evaluate responses for security systems installation.
• Coordinate with client, owners, and stakeholders through design and delivery.
• Ensure design documentation meets client standards and quality targets.
