Job summary

ZBeta Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Physical Security Project Manager accountable for leading design and project management across North America on complex security initiatives.

You’ll guide projects from initiation through design completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and schedules in a remote-forward environment. The role requires business acumen, strong leadership, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with external clients on complex, aggressively scheduled data center projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Detailed knowledge of access control system hardware, wiring standards/practices, installation methods, and programming requirements.
• Proficiency with Lenel OnGuard; certification in S2 or Lenel is a plus; strong MS Office skills.
• Experience with Project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and QuickBase; familiarity with Studio and Bluebeam a plus.
• Ability to lead complex projects, manage priorities, and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify project schedule, scope, and oversee security design and implementation per client requirements.
• Manage initiation activities and develop project security scope, schedule, deliverables, and requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling, status, and tracking of tasks, issues, and deliverables; prepare RFP documents for security systems installation.
• Review designs for compliance with requirements and standards; ensure quality and timely delivery.
