Job summary

ZBeta Consulting is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead security design and installation projects across the Central Valley. You will manage multiple projects from engagement to completion, coordinating with design teams, clients, and contractors to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of low-voltage security technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting with external clients on program development initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Working familiarity with low-voltage and physical security technology and design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify project schedule, scope parameters, and oversee security design and implementation per client requirements.
• Manage early project initiation activities and develop project scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Track progress, issues, and deliverables; manage RFPs for security systems installation.
• Review documentation for compliance with security requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage client communications and expectations.
• Oversee site activations and ensure field quality, schedule, and cost control.
