Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Senior High-Speed Photonic Design Engineer to advance next-generation photonic and electronic modules for wireless optical communications. You will own photonic transmitter/receiver architectures and 35-70 GHz RF design within highly integrated PICs.

The role demands deep modulation knowledge, tapeout experience, and a passion for solving challenging problems in a small, agile team. Remote-friendly with HQ in Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Optics or Photonics required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in photonic circuit designs with high-speed modulator/detector work.
• Deep RF/microwave design experience and optical modulation knowledge.
• Proven tapeout ownership at commercial foundries.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver record-breaking high-speed photonic IC designs.
• Contribute to system-level optimization and product strategy.
• Work in a small, dynamic team to advance FSOC tech and PIC modules.
