Job summary

The Cigna Group division Freedom Fertility Pharmacy is hiring a Senior Pharmacy Technician for a fully remote role that must reside within Arizona, Massachusetts or Illinois. You will handle inbound calls from patients, gather medical history, and assist with fertility medication plans while delivering empathetic, accurate service.

You will coordinate with patients and physicians, manage data entry and claims processing, and work with a supportive team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant technician experience.
• Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
• Valid AZ or MA pharmacy technician license is required.
• 1+ year of call center experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians to ensure smooth patient experience.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure 100% follow-up with customers.
• Enter patient information, shipping, insurance and payment details accurately.
• Process prescription claims accurately and efficiently with team support.
• Escalate complex claims to appropriate teams as needed.
• Participate in special projects and support contract performance.
