Job summary

Village Fertility Pharmacy, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring a Senior Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, work-from-home role within Arizona, Massachusetts or Illinois. You will handle inbound calls, review medical histories, and assist patients with fertility plans and prescriptions.

Expect 20–30 USD per hour, with potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Schedule includes weekday hours with rotating weekends and a six-week training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience as a technician.
• Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• Valid Arizona or Massachusetts pharmacy technician license required.
• 1+ year of call center experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians to ensure service efficiency.
• Own the patient experience by resolving issues and ensuring 100% follow-up.
• Accurately obtain and enter patient information, shipping, insurance and payment details.
• Enter prescriptions into the system and process prescription claims accurately.
• Multitask across PC/phone tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
