Job summary

Village Fertility Pharmacy, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring a Senior Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, work-from-home role within Arizona, Massachusetts or Illinois. You will handle inbound calls, review medical histories, and assist patients with fertility plans and prescriptions.

Expect 20–30 USD per hour, with potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Schedule includes weekday hours with rotating weekends and a six-week training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience as a technician.
• Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification required.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time work from home position that must reside within the state of Arizona, Massachusetts or Illinois Village Fertility Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services a part of The Cigna Group is looking for Senior Pharmacy Technicians to join our team. As a Senior Pharmacy Technician at Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, you’ll use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility. • Ensure process efficiency – Collaborate with both patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications.
• Own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
• Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Be a team player – Escalate complex claims to the appropriate team for further action.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks and enter prescriptions into our system.
• Use the knowledge you gain from training, your problem-solving skills and support from your team to accurately process prescription claims so they will be dispensed accurately.
• Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as it pertains to specific contract performance

What you need to do the job:

• High School Diploma, or GED required.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm, Eastern time And rotating weekends working a Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm or Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm Eastern time

Training Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern time for 6 weeks

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
