Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a VP of Pharmacy Fulfillment to lead multi-site pharmacy operations, including Home Delivery, Specialty, PharmScript, and more. You will shape budgets, drive performance, and partner with Finance and Quality to improve patient experience.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in the U.S.; some in-office requirements may apply in certain locations. Strong leadership and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment/distribution or large pharmacy networks.
• 8+ years leading in fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience building and developing teams with P&L or budget responsibilities.
• Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt a plus and PharmD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape operational, financial objectives for pharmacy operations.
• Lead business reviews with field leaders to assess performance and risks.
• Own operating budgets, productivity, labor efficiency, and cost per script across the network.
• Partner with Finance to establish forecasts, savings, investments, and performance plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across sites and functions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality across fulfillment operations.
