Zusammenfassung

WellSense Health Plan seeks a Senior Pharmacy Data Analyst to drive data analytics in the Pharmacy Department. You will develop dashboards, lead regulatory reporting, and ensure data integrity across systems, partnering with vendors and cross-functional teams.

You will leverage SAS/SQL and BI tools to deliver actionable insights, support Medicare Part D data accuracy, and influence cost-effective pharmacy benefit management strategies. Remote, full-time role with competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in mathematics, information management, information systems, statistics, or equivalent plus experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience.
• Working knowledge of industry coding standards (e.g., generic product indicators, national drug codes, GPI’s).
• Extensive experience analyzing pharmacy claims data, formulary utilization, and drug cost trends.
• Familiarity with Medicare Part D data, STAR measures, and PDE submissions.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard for tracking pharmacy financial, operational, and clinical performance measures.
• Lead regulatory reporting from development to submission with vendor collaboration for data accuracy.
• Conduct data queries to monitor performance metrics including Medicare STAR measures and quality initiatives.
• Oversee PBM submission of all Part D claims to CMS as PDEs, identifying discrepancies and resolving errors.
• Serve as Pharmacy Data Steward and advisor on data exchange specifications across departments.
• Support program processes with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
• Communicate with cross-functional areas regarding pharmacy programs, formulary management, and processes.
• Document workflows and design systems to meet pharmacy data needs.
• Deliver presentations of findings to internal stakeholders using BI tools.
• Architect data models and data flows to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
