Qualifications

• Licensed attorney outside United States with PI expertise.
• Minimum of 4 years handling personal injury cases.
• Strong case management and legal analysis background.
• Proven sales, intake, or client relationship management experience.
• Leadership, problem solving and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the Intake Department and primary legal resource.
• Guide Intake Specialists on legal questions and eligibility.
• Stay current on PI laws, state requirements and best practices.
• Educate intake team on legal updates during client consultations.
• Conduct consultations to communicate value of representation.
• Use consultative sales to improve retention and conversion.
• Achieve at least 10 signed clients per week.
• Assist with difficult consultations to boost closing percentages.
• Own cases in Pending or Under Review status and address obstacles.
• Review pending files for retention and conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Intake to reduce pending inventory.
• Review case facts for completeness and viability.
• Ensure proper documentation prior to file acceptance.
• Identify issues needing attorney review and escalate.
• Develop best practices for intake case evaluation.
• Resolve complex intake and client-related issues promptly.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Support QA and legal compliance initiatives.
• Participate in SOPs creation and updates with teams.
• Coordinate monthly meetings with supervising attorneys.
