CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a Senior Staff Lawyer to join our Personal Injury team remotely. This role requires substantial U.S.

Personal Injury experience, hands-on exposure to both pre-litigation and litigation, and a high degree of independence with case ownership. The Senior Lawyer may support as a Senior Legal Assistant, Personal Injury Case Manager, or Paralegal, providing direct support to attorneys and managing cases through various stages of the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Personal Injury experience, preferably 3+ years.
• Strong U.S. PI case knowledge across lifecycle.
• Experience with pre-litigation required.
• Ability to work independently under firm procedures.
• Excellent client communication and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Manage Personal Injury caseload under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate pre-litigation and litigation steps.
• Maintain client communication and case status updates.
• Prepare demand packages and LORs.
• Coordinate with medical providers and insurers.
• Maintain organized files in case management system.
• Assist with trial preparation and discovery.
