Thriveworks is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee paid media across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels from a remote location. You will own campaigns end-to-end, leveraging automation, AI tooling, and API integration to drive qualified patient demand while ensuring HIPAA-compliant tracking.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage all paid media channels end-to-end: Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and growth channels.
• Build and manage automation and reporting layer using Claude AI and the Google Ads API.
• Align spend to provider capacity market-by-market with Operations.
• Optimize through the full patient funnel (cost per kept appointment).
• Manage HIPAA-compliant tracking infrastructure.
