Thriveworks Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media programs across Google, Meta, and Microsoft in a remote role. The candidate will lead global campaigns from strategy through execution, focusing on keeping appointments, not just clicks, and leveraging automation to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
• Experience building and executing paid media strategy across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft).
• Comfort with automation, API tooling, and data-driven optimization in healthcare or regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage all paid media channels end-to-end: Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, with CTV/Pinterest as growth priorities.
• Build and manage automation and reporting using AI and APIs to create scalable workflows.
• Align spend with provider capacity and therapist availability across markets.
• Optimize the patient funnel from awareness to kept appointments and ensure HIPAA-compliant tracking.
