inBeat Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to own creative strategy, data analysis, and performance outcomes for a major US nutraceuticals brand. You’ll shape our approach, set standards for future work, and help the brand grow through rigorous testing and innovative ideas.

You will lead across paid social, translate data into creative action, and mentor junior teammates in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

• Own creative strategy across paid social accounts from hypothesis to execution.
• Run performance-led research and analyze ad data to inform strategy.
